iPencil is a comprehensive vector illustration application developed specifically for the iPad. This app offers robust features including support for paths, compound paths, text, images, masks, gradient fills, and an extensive number of layers.

 <li>Layer Management: The application allows users to utilize unlimited layers, providing the flexibility to add or remove elements as needed. Users can rename, rearrange, delete, hide, and lock layers for better organization during the drawing process. The ability to isolate the active layer facilitates focused editing, while independent adjustment of each layer's transparency aids in achieving the desired composition.</li>
 
 <li>Advanced Editing Features: iPencil provides powerful tools for manipulating single or multiple elements. Users can scale and rotate items with ease, create groups for better organization, and edit gradient fills directly on the canvas. Additionally, a variety of Boolean operations are available for path manipulation, including Unite, Intersect, Exclude, and Subtract Front options.</li>
 
 <li>Color Customization: The app makes color selection straightforward with its expressive color wheel. Users can also fine-tune colors using RGB and HSB sliders or input hexadecimal values to match existing artwork precisely. A dropper tool facilitates color sampling, while a swatch library allows for easy storage and retrieval of preferred colors.</li>
 
 <li>Importing and Exporting Capabilities: iPencil supports importing drawings from desktop vector applications as SVG files while allowing users to include photos directly from their camera roll or import PNG and JPEG formats from cloud services. Export options include saving artwork as SVG, PDF, PNG, or JPEG for easy sharing or transferring to other applications.</li>
 
 <li>Customizable Themes: Users can select from light or dark monochrome themes or opt for the classic Inkpad with user interface tints. The subtle color schemes of light and dark themes minimize distractions while maintaining focus on the artwork color choices.</li>

Subscription Details: The iPencil Premium subscription provides unlimited access to all tools throughout the subscription period. Pricing is set at $0.99 per week with a three-day trial or $2.99 for one month. Subscription management can be conducted via the iTunes account settings, including cancellation which must be completed 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid charges. Notably, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a Sketch Pad Unlimited subscription.
